I will send you free server to recognize audio file.230 votes
Implemented in 188.8.131.5252. Not sure if the implementation fits your needs, so feel free to give some feedback.
Print miniature of pictures added to cd/dvd similar to "Contact Sheet" of Photoshop.104 votes
Done in 4.5.2.
Older versions allowed for the verification of discs after writing. Returning this feature would be appreciated. I've had occasions in the past where a disc seemed to write correctly but then had read errors during the verify. As it stands now, it's a crap shoot. Discs have to be written on blind faith with the assumption of a good write.60 votes
Done in 4.5.2.
Make it possible to let audio tracks fade in and out.34 votes
Available with 184.108.40.20695
The only options appear to be no gaps between tracks or the same gap after every track. I record drams, comedies, etc, which I split into 3-minute tracks. So I don't want gaps between them. But if I, say, put TWO programs on one disk, I want a gap between the last track of the first program and the first track of the second.33 votes
Available in 220.127.116.1142. Would appreciate some feedback in regard to this functionality.
When burning an ISO-file it is not possible to fill in how many copies should be burned at this moment. Should be a nice feature.18 votes
Will be included in 18.104.22.16863 (or higher).
Allow displaying more than 28 tracks on the printed cover by reducing the font size if necessary.15 votes
Done in 22.214.171.12466.
It is essential for all iTunes users.13 votes
Will be available in version 4.5.3 of CDBurnerXP.
This should actually work. If it does not, please post a bug report in the forum (not on UserVoice) with details. A prompt for erasing will happen if a disc is closed (= no longer writable) or if a disc has insufficient space left. Both under the condition that the disc is recognised as rewritable.
The command line version can only burn UDF discs so far, sometimes ISO:9660 based file systems are required though.9 votes
Implemented in 4.5.1.
Please offer to automatically truncate long (>127 char) filenames (serializing them as needed to get unique names). [Outright rejection of long filenames from a compilation is annoying - some other burners will truncate automatically (generally without asking, which is not nice either, but at least the burning of a compilation is not delayed).] Thanks for listening.6 votes
Should work fine in the latest version.
Windows 7 Jumplist implementation would be nice with the most common tasks. It would look much nicer with the already included taskbar progress indicator.6 votes
Will be available with 4.5 beta4.
A 32-bit MSI installer is already available, and while other setup packages are also available as 64-bit version, the MSI installer is not.6 votes
64 bit MSI packages available with 4.5.
When printing a cover of data discs (mp3), enable to show the duration of the tracks in minutes/sec. (now only appears the number of MB).6 votes
Will be included in 126.96.36.19905 and higher.
I am blind and I use the keyboard for everything. No Mouse usage at all. Your program works quite well for me, but it is difficult to STOP the audio playback when it has started playing!!!
So Can we have a shortcut key like CTRL+S for stop and CTRL+P for Play? Or something similar?
Neither can I TAB into the Audio Player.
I can use the keyboard for virtually everything else but controlling the Audio Player!
so perhaps just two more CTRL keys please??? That would be Great!
Many Thanks!3 votes
Ctrl+S and P are already used and not typically assigned for other actions. Instead, the next release will have Ctrl+H for stop and also react to media keys (Play/Pause and Stop) on the keyboard.
Please prevent the computer from going to sleeping when compiling the file list and the power supply is connected. I had to come back to the computer and wake it up (switch it on) several times before the file list was finished.3 votes
Yes, adding files can take a while if the compilation is huge or the HDD is slow (or both). Will add this in 188.8.131.5285 and newer.
It just happened today, my notebook suddenly ejecting the dvd drive when the CDBurnerXP was burning the dvd blank, so the result is the burning process was failed and I wasted a dvd-r blank :(.
Yeah, it seems my notebook's dvd drive tray has a problem, however other-free-cd-burner-software has a mechanism to lock the tray when burning. So I ended up to use that software to reburn because I don't want to risk another dvd blank.
So I hope you can add this feature too in the next release.
Keep up the good work.3 votes
Will be done in 4.5 (RC2 or later).
All the burning software (at least the ones I know) DO support relaxing the f/s restrictions!
Up to v4.4 they were simply "ignored":
in current v4.5 these options have been removed completely
Btw: please do NOT answer: do use UDF...1 vote
As pointed out, for Joliet the maximum available file length is possible at this point.
